Includes potable water excellent drinking water. Water service closes after Sept long weekend.
Single 30 Amp RV plug and regular outlet
Access to all services at Sandy Shores Resort.
Near marina and boat launch
Pet Friendly; pets must be on leashes when off your rented site and be a good neighbour i.e. pick up, etc.
Fire pit at each site.
Septic to be hauled at owner's expense
Community Association rules apply.
Single RV Only per lot (no guests)

If you decide to purchase the rented lot for 2026 Spring Possession, $2000 of your rental fee can be your deposit on the lot. You must let Rauncie know by Aug 30th, 2025 if you want to purchase the lot (if the lot is not sold).
