Sandy Shores Resorts plans to build a lighthouse on Lot 19 Blk 3 next to the marina. This will be a lighthouse with a viewing tower and gorgeous views of Lake Diefenbaker. The main floor will have lease spaces for 3-5 vendors and some public spaces such as washrooms, laundry, and showers. Lake Life Properties owns Sandy Shores Resort & Marina and will own the lighthouse. We are taking expressions of interest from vendors interested in the spaces. Full rates and lease details are not available and there is no commitment required from vendors at this time. The main space could be for a confectionary with fuel service. Note there is also a commercial lot or possible card lock. There would be common area washrooms which can also be shared with vendors at the beach i.e. stand up paddle board rental. Washrooms and shared spaces will be managed by the main tenant. Additionally, Lake Life Properties will provide wifi, parking stalls, marketing support, and business support/mentorship as requested. Food trucks may be possible depending on the mix of lease vendors. Sandy Shores plans for a basic, “non compete” environment to work toward ensuring success for all.
