I am committed to the Sandy Shores Resort and RM of Coteau 255 communities through active participation and collaboration. I grew up near Birsay and farm in the area. Regional prosperity is a mutually beneficial goal. I look forward to working with local businesses. I will create maps and other resources to highlight and promote local businesses at every opportunity. I will work with stakeholders such as parks, tourism, stores, gas stations, campgrounds, and attractions. Sandy Shores Resort will play a strong role in the area’s tourist economy by providing a strong base for goods and service provision to new property owners, their families and guests.

Lake Life Properties has invested in Sandy Shores Resort Playground, funding the Train Structure at TN Train Park, Playground, Sport Court, swimming docks, trails, and beaches. Lake Life Properties is a partner with the RM of Coteau 255, & the Sandy Shores Resort Community Association in these projects as well as the many generous donations made by local businesses and residents.
